Its amazing to see a massive influx of Painted Lady. We saw a total of 100++ Painted Lady, 24x Silver-studded Blue, 5x Common Blue, 16x Meadow Brown, 7x Large Skipper, 3x Small Tortoiseshell, 1x Red Admiral, 1x Small Heath, 1x Hummingbird Hawk Moth and other moths that's need to be yet identified, North Cornwall Coast - Rob and Rowena Nicholls
After watching a Painted Lady land in my Moth Trap at 00:10 hrs this morning, we decided to look on the Coast at Polly Joke near Newquay and found 200-300 over the fields. Also Silver-studded Blue, Dark Green Fritillary, etc - David Allan

Fieldtrip report from Pullabrook Woods/Drakeford Bridge, Bovey Valley Woodlands, Dartmoor, Devon followed by Aish Tor, near Ashburton by Dave Gibbon Tamar to Pullabrook Wood, Great Plantation and Aish Tor, we saw 11 species of Butterfly, 4 Moths and 2 Dragonflies positively identified. One White Admirals was seen briefly at Great Plantation. At Aish Tor, we had good views of several freshly emerged High Brown Fritillaries nectaring on bramble under the carefully managed bracken.
